First Appointment

During your first appointment we can talk about what brings you to counselling in as much depth as you feel comfortable with. We can discuss what you are looking for and mutually agree what form the therapy might take.

You don’t need to decide there and then if the counselling with me will suit you: it can be a big commitment and you may need time to consider

Fees

£70.00 per hourly session for counselling or counselling supervision

Some concessionary rates are available

I provide appointments in the daytime and evenings
